Let me tell you about the Air Force....never count on anything!!!!! Chris was scheduled to arrive yesterday afternoon about 12:50pm. perfect. the kids will get to see him and everything will be wonderful....ummm.....the Air Force had other plans. the Rotator Airplane that they were supposed to be on got delayed for about 5 hours. therefore, they would not arrive until about 5:50pm, yesterday. not bad....it's after naptime. it will actually work better..ummmm....again, other plans took place. they got delayed, yet again because of thick fog that took over the area, therefore pushing them even further...1:30am this morning...ummm....guess again, they got delayed, yet again, but this time for only an hour. so the plane landed at about 2:30am. so the kids did not get to see him come in, but that's fine, 'cause i had him all to myself!!!!! the looks on their faces were priceless this morning when they woke up and saw him home!!!!! i wish i had take pictures of it. but, oh well, when you are working on only 2 hours of sleep, who can blame me for forgetting, right? the reunion was wonderful. he was one of the few first ones to get off the plane, so i got to see him right away!!!! poor guy, is so tired. he's been napping for about 4 hours. i wish i could do that. i tried napping in the basement while the kids were watching t.v. or playing ....HA!! don't recommend doing that....Kayla kinda messed up the schedule by taking a nap this morning, so that would be why i'm not napping, now. anyway, i'm extremely blessed and thankful that the airplane arrived safely and everyone is finally home!!!!!! Praise God!!!
